Tooltip

A text hint for a button or link. It shows on hover and keyboard focus, and Escape dismisses it. The pointer can move into the hint without closing it.

The hint adds no tab stop, so the button or link inside still needs its own accessible name.

To show a temporary message instead, dispatch a bubbling tooltip-message event with the text as its detail. A null detail restores the hint.
